The pricing is calculated according to the method specified in the regulations and is indexed on January 1st of each year.
In all cases, a request for expedited processing remains a priority only if it is complete, compliant, and your file does not require additional checks. Otherwise, the processing times for your file will become those of a regular request, even if you have paid the expedited processing fee.

Fees by Type of Skills Assessment 2024
In addition to the costs associated with the license, fees are required for skills assessment. To learn about the required assessments and exemption possibilities, please refer to the Qualify section. There is no skills assessment for the subclasses of Annex III.
PLUMBING AND ELECTRICITY (SUBCLASSES15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4, 15.5, AND 16)
For any request regarding subclasses 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4, and 15.5, please contact directly Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec (CMMTQ). Similarly, for any request regarding subclass 16, please contact Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec (CMEQ). Professional qualification has been transferred to these two corporations regarding their respective members. If your request concerns both corporations, please contact only one of them.
